Mindful Decision-Making

“How do I know what to do next"?” The purpose of the following activity is to check in, without judgement, on where you’re at in the different areas of life. It is also important, if you have a partner, for them to independently complete this as well. It is possible that you will have very different evaluations regarding the level of any particular area. By having both partners participate, it can prompt helpful conversation and a visual representation for how the other is doing. An area of life being depleted doesn’t mean something is wrong, and maybe collectively, you and your partner are okay with it remaining depleted for the time-being. Maybe, the cup nearing empty let’s you know that you might want to pursue growth or help in that area. It might not require a pause or stop to treatments…and maybe it will, and that’s okay.

Handout on mindful evaluation for well-being and wellness to assist in decision making. This can be used specifically for infertility, fertility treatment decision making, or for overall wellness.
