Get connected

If you choose to engage in care with me following a 15 minute consultation, the first session will be primarily focused on getting an understanding of your symptoms and needs. Knowing we just met, there is no expectation that you share more than you are comfortable with. We will, together, establish initial treatment goals.

Treatment

This is the “meat and potatoes”. We will work toward achieving the set treatment goals in a group setting or individually. This will be through use of primarily DBT and CBT skills and processing. Some will elect to meet weekly, others bi-weekly, depending on need and scheduling.

Maintenance

You’ve finally got comfortable and then it ends?! Not to worry, this is partly why I offer a collection of treatment types. You may choose to pursue a group option, try individual therapy sessions, or schedule quarterly check-ins (only available to those who have previously completed individual therapy) as a means to continuing your journey.
